The valet parking was very convenient. The door staff were also friendly and helpful. The room was super clean and it had everything I needed for my stay. The bed was big and comfortable.

the top suite included complimentary cakes and prosecco. breakfast offered many options with a continental spread. staff interactions were helpful, although one person forgot extra water. my partner liked having a different pillow. the bathtub filled quickly and bath products were pleasant.

the carpet had some stains and there was some hair on the bed.

The room decor was beautiful and cozy. I found the bed very comfortable. The view from my room was fantastic I could see many landmarks. All staff members were attentive and cute so I enjoyed my experience.

I found only one tea bag per day in the room and also one coffee pod per day that was not enough.

The restaurant looked clean and well-kept. I noticed the gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes. I also saw the business center offers several computers and a printer for guest use.
